Welcome to my training ground.  I decided to ditch the intervals for some wedgie climbs and ramp jumping.


I know as I get older I will have to take training a little more serious, but right now I'm just having fun.  I don't know if this will help me get any faster, but I do feel like my legs are getting stronger.
